RETURN POLICY

Thank you for purchasing from GyroPalm. While we hope you are happy with your purchase, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. We are committed to customer satisfaction and want to ensure that the product performs its best. However, if you received a defective item or something not as described, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange (conditions apply). Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at info@gyropalm.com or submit a ticket describing your issue at support.gyropalm.com. Once our team acknowledges your return eligibility, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● accessories
● cloud related services
● custom development fees
Items that are not DoA (dead on arrival) are considered user-damaged items, which are not covered by the return policy. GyroPalm reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges for any particular item.
Please Note
● A $30.00 restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $150.00.
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
● Item should be repackaged in the same packaging as shipped
● Item should not show signs of end-user inflicted damage such as drop, shock, or water submergence
● Item should not show signs of unauthorized dismantling or end-user servicing
● GyroPalm does not accept returns or exchanges as a result of users who violated the Terms of Service
